This link will allow you to look up information about a person currently or recently incarcerated in the NYC Corrections facilities.  It will give bail, charges and location information.

 

 NY State Dept. of Corrections Inmate Lookup

This link will allow you to search for inmates in the custody of the New York State Dept. of Corrections.  It will also allow you to search on the names of people who had been in the system back to the early 1970's, except for Youthful Offenders and inmates whose convictions have been reversed.

 

 WEBCRIMS

WEBCRIMS will allow you to search for pending criminal cases in the five boroughs and several surrounding counties.  You can check adjourned dates, charges, attorneys, etc.

 

 ATTORNEY LOOKUP

ATTORNEY LOOKUP will let you locate by name any attorney admitted to the New York State Bar and will supply you with address, firm and phone numbers, as well as date and department of admission.

LAWS OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK will lead you to the full text of the City Charter, Rules of many NYC Agencies and the hard-to-find Administrative Code
