After Graduating from New York University School of Law, Carol began her Public Defender Career at Neighborhood Defender Services of Harlem.  There she battled the injustices of the system for over four years handling both misdemeanor and Felony cases in Manhattan and the Bronx. She has conducted numerous hearings and trials including robberies and assaults.   She then joined Brooklyn Defender Services in 1997, where "la lucha continua".   She has two lovely children and loves to play tennis when she finds the time.  She is an active member of her community and sits on the Board of Directors of Dance Street Crusade Performing Arts.
