Joyce Kendrick, Esq.

Senior Trial Attorney

 

Joyce Kendrick received her J.D from Touro Law School in 1995. While attending Touro, she served as the BALSA President and received awards recognizing her extraordinary services to the Council on Legal Education Opportunity and various school service awards.

 

Joyce began her career as a Defense Attorney in the Criminal Division of the Legal Aid Society in Manhattan. She joined BDS in 1997.

 

Joyce is an adjunct Professor at St. John’s University School of Law and has taught trial advocacy in the New York Corporation Counsel Training Program. In July of 2007, she received the Kevin M. Anderson Award from the Genesee County Public Defenders Office in Saratoga Springs, New York for the outstanding and compassionate representation of her clients.
