Ginger graduated cum laude from the College of New Rochelle in Westchester with a bachelor’s degree in business management.  Thereafter, she atended St. John’s University, from which she received her law degree in 1984.  The ensuing 12 years were spent divided between two AV rated insurance defense firm.  During those years, she handled and tried all variety of personal injury matters in both New York State courts as well as local federal courts. Ginger’s work in civil matters included substantial appellate advocacy and she enjoyed the privilege arguing countless issues in the Appellate Divisions of the First and Second Department.

Ginger has been involved with BDS since its infancy.  She consulted with Ms Schreibersdorf on financial and budgetary concerns while BDS was simply an idea.  When the idea became a reality, and at the request of Ms. Schreibersdorf, Ginger took a full time position with BDS.  Her responsibilities in the day-to-day operations of the organization  run the gamut from Human Resource Administrator to Chief Financial Officer.  Officially, Ginger is the Managing Supervisor as well as Treasurer of BDS.
